Which hand do I put it on?
The right hand.
How does it work?
The Glove is designed to apply pressure to the web of the hand transferring energy, thereby relieving the headache.
Should it hurt?
NO! If it hurts or feels uncomfortable at all, check the instructions
to see if you used the Glove correctly.
How long should I use it for?
Depending on how bad your headache is, it should only take between 10 to 20 minutes max. It has taken 30 minutes or more severe headaches.
What if my headache doesn't go away?
It is possible that you have missed something in the instructions.
Try to follow the instructions to the letter. If this doesn't work,
then you can call the Help Line @ 866-GloveHeadache. If your
pain continues you should see your primary care physician ASAP.
Who should not use the Glove?
Women that are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or that may think that they are pregnant should NOT use the Glove.
Can I use the Glove on my children?
No! The Glove was not designed for use on children.
Can my friends use the Glove?
YES, as long as they are over 18.
Can my Grandparents use the Glove?

What if I have arthritis?
You can use the Glove comfortably. You may need some assistance with its positioning, but you should be able to operate the bulb/valve assembly comfortably. Keep in mind that the Glove has been known to help with the pain in your hand and fingers from arthritis as well.
What if I am reading this for someone who is blind?
We are currently working on the instructions in brail. We are also working on an audio version of the instructions. These will be available in the near future.
Will it help with any other pain?
It has been known to relieve a variety of aliments, including TMJ, sinus, stress, headaches, migraines, PMS symptoms, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, menstrual pains, etc.
Are there any possible side effects?
YES. A slight indentation on the web of your hand that should be gone in a short time. There is the chance of bruising and pain if the Glove is used improperly. The Glove could also cause a miscarriage if you are pregnant. The side effects are only possible with misuse of the Glove and by not following the instructions.
How often can I use the Glove?
You can use the Glove everyday. You can use the Glove more than once in a day if you feel the need. We have found for chronic sufferers, can get relief from the pain up to 3 to 5 days at a time. Acute sufferers have been found to go months without another pain. Everyone will be different.
How long will the Glove last?
The Glove itself will last for a long time if proper care is taken. Follow the instructions on the proper care and cleaning of the Glove.
Does the Glove help with menstrual pain?
It has been found to be very successful in relieving the discomforts of menstruation.
Should I use the Glove if I am trying to get pregnant?
NO!
Can I use the Glove to induce labor?
NO!
How much air do I use?
Usually you will feel your pulse or heartbeat in your hand; this will always be enough pressure for the Glove to work properly. If you do not, fill the bladder until it feels thick, but not hard. (You must test this by squeezing the bladder with your other hand.) DO NOT over inflate the bladder. This can damage the bladder and cause pain in your hand. Follow the instructions.
How many times do I squeeze the bulb?
One squeeze at a time and wait a couple of seconds to see if you feel the pulse. If the bladder looks big, let out the air and tighten the bladder strap. Now fill the bladder slowly again one pump at a time. Check the bladder for tightness.

To the left.

To the right.
Can I use the Glove while taking medication?
YES!
Can I over inflate the bladder?
YES! Follow the instructions.
Where is the web of the hand?
The web of your hand is found between the thumb and the index finger. Its exact location is between the first and second metacarpals.
Can I work with the Glove on?
Keep in mind that there are some things that can be done safely with the Glove on and some things that cannot. We advise you not to work with the Glove on.
What will happen if I fall asleep with the Glove on?
What you should do, is take a moment to yourself to feel better. That way, you can perform better at whatever you may have to do. You can't do your best if you don't feel good.
